To attain a criminal record check from Nigeria you must print "criminal check 1" & "criminal check 2" by right clicking on the links below and selecting "save as".
Take the forms to a police staion based in the UK together with your Nigerian passport. Police officers at the staion will complete the forms on your behalf. Once this process has been completed contact the Nigerian embassy (http://www.nigeriahc.org.uk/contact_us.html). Alternatively you may have the form delivered to the address listed below, together with a copy of your passport:
